Tripoint Canada only delivers within Canada. For delivery to Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Germany, Austria, France, Belgium, Slovenia and Italy please visit tripoint.com

We accept many payment methods including Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Interac, Google Pay and PayPal.

Once your order has been received by us, you will receive an order confirmation sent to your email. If you haven't received an order confirmation after a few minutes, please check your spam folder. If you cannot find an order confirmation, please contact our customer service at info@tripointcanada.ca, and we will assist you further.

Please send an email to our customer service at info@tripointcanada.ca as soon as possible with your desired changes, and we will see if this is possible. We always try to ship your order as soon as possible when it comes to us, and therefore, your order may already be packed and shipped.

We ship your order as quickly as possible. Depending on the delivery option you have chosen, the delivery time is approximately 1-2 business days for express shipping, and 4-8 business days for standard shipping, depending on the destination.

Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a delivery confirmation sent to you with a tracking number that you can use to track your package. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $100. Regular shipping under this threshold is $20, and express shipping is $45.

If you wish to exchange for a different color or model, return your item and place a new order online.

Email us at info@tripointcanada.ca to receive a return authorization number (RA#). We do not cover the cost of return shipping. Once we have received and processed your return, we will credit you the amount for the items you have returned.

Once our warehouse has received and processed your return, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that return processing may take a little longer than usual during holidays, vacation, and sales periods.

As soon as your return has been processed we will issue a refund through your original payment method. Please allow a few business days to see the refund processed on your card.

If you have received the wrong item, please contact our customer service at info@tripointcanada.ca and provide your order number in the subject line, and our customer service will assist you further.

We are very sorry to hear that something is wrong with your product. Contact our customer service at info@tripointcanada.ca, where our customer service will assist you. Please provide your order number in the subject line and include pictures showing the problem/damage. If the product was purchased from one of our retailers, please contact the store where the purchase was made.

Discount codes cannot be combined with other discounts such as sales or welcome offers for newsletter subscriptions. If it still doesn't work after ensuring that you haven't combined multiple discounts and that the code you entered is valid, please email us at info@tripointcanada.ca, and we will try to help resolve the issue.
